Fan Belts

We stock the full range of ContiTech drive belts and fan belts. ContiTech belts are used as original equipment on Mercedes, VW, Audi, Ford, BMW, Rover, Vauxhall and Daf.

The most popular belt is still a 913mm cog type belt but we also stock multi rub belts up to sizes of almost eight foot long.

Drive belts used to be known as fan belts as the drove the cooling fan, water pump and alternator. Now they are also expected to drive air conditioning and power steering systems.

consequently all modern belts are the multi rib type belt which can take a much greater load and do not slip as much as the traditional cog type belt.
